5 days’ notice is required for requests to be filled. Prescriptions may be requested by dropping in a written request or completing the order form below

We are then able to email your prescription directly to the pharmacy of your choice for your convenience.

Please contact the surgery to arrange a consultation for any other items such as antibiotics or painkillers, such requests cannot be filled by email/phone request

All surgeries are made by appointment only. Phone lines are open from 9am to 12.30pm & 2pm to 5pm
Our opening hours are from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
Morning Appointments: Mon – Fri 9:00 – 12:30
Afternoon Appointments: Mon – Fri 2:30 – 17:00
Closed for lunch 1pm to 2pm
