• Full medical history and assessment of risk factors for disease
• Full physical examination with a doctor
• ECG (tracing of your heart rate) and 24 Hour Blood pressure Monitor as required
• Blood tests including screening for underlying blood disorders, Anaemia, Haemachromatosis, Vitamin B12 deficiency etc
• Liver, Kidney and Thyroid function, Gout, Cholesterol and Diabetes
• Onward referral as required for further tests such as Chest X-ray, CT/MRI or Echo and Exercise Stress Tests, gastroscopy, colonoscopy etc.
• Onward referral to a specialist where necessary with appropriate follow up arranged
• Report and Personal Health Plan can be provided as part of the service
